Description

A stunning summer appetizer featuring fresh strawberries, creamy feta, and a drizzle of hot honey with mint.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 8 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of cayenne)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Arrange strawberry slices and feta cubes alternately on a serving platter, stacking them slightly to form small towers.
  2. Drizzle the hot honey evenly over the strawberry and feta towers.
  3. Sprinkle with sliced mint, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. If desired, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a milder version, use regular honey. Can be prepared up to 30 minutes in advance; keep refrigerated and drizzle honey just before serving.
