- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the apricot preserves, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the slow cooker.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the kielbasa and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
