Description

Tender chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and spicy lime sauce, offering a perfect balance of flavors with a zesty kick.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, sriracha, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and sear skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Flip chicken and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165Β°F internal temperature.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra spice, add more sriracha. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
