- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, sriracha, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and sear skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden.
- Flip chicken and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165Β°F internal temperature.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more sriracha. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
