- 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the bell pepper halves with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the mixture. Ensure chicken is fully cooked before using.
