Description

Delicious stuffed peppers filled with a mixture of cheese, bacon, and chicken, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the chicken mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the mixture. Ensure chicken is fully cooked before using.
