A refreshing salad featuring grilled chicken mixed with creamy tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on a bed of greens or in a wrap.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt. This salad pairs well with pita bread.
