- For the frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and red food coloring.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, and spread over cooled brownies.
