- 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange the watermelon cubes on a serving platter.
- Top each cube with a piece of burrata.
- Scatter the basil leaves and chopped pistachios over the top.
- Drizzle with hot honey and finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a milder version, use regular honey instead of hot honey. Burrata is best at room temperature.
