- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls using a cookie scoop or spoon.
- Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
