Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake balls made with a creamy mixture of white chocolate, raspberries, and cheesecake filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  4. Scoop the mixture into small balls using a cookie scoop or spoon.
  5. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Notes
