- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the lemon zest and juice.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until just combined.
- Fold in the lemon curd gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
